Here's some tips for getting the most out of your YARN PUFFY!
Put a few wound strands of yarn (i.e. ones that would take a lot of unraveling to get to) into YARN PUFFY'S mouth to secure to the skein, then secure the tail end of the yarn into his spit curl from the TOP (See photo!) If the yarn tail is coming from the bottom of the skein and has to cross over YARN PUFFY, it won't stay on as well.
When removing from the skein, try to pull the yarn taut to avoid any snags (while it shouldn’t be an issue, certain yarns ccould possibly snag)
Always use a pencil and gentle eraser to write/erase any notes on YARN PUFFY. (rougher erasers won't erase as clean) Or feel free to use a permanent ink pen if you don't intend to erase your notes!
While YARN PUFFY is pretty resilient, be gentle when erasing as the plastic can bend with rough use.
Works best on yarn skeins or cakes--cylindrical shapes. Spherical yarn balls (depending on the size) don't always work as well with this model, but I'm working on a design that is a better fit for spherical shapes!
Store your unused YARN PUFFYS in the little baggie they came in to ensure they won't get bent up in bags/drawers/etc.

Hi I'm Candace! :) I'm a messy yarn hoarder and have spent hours upon hours trying to untangle knots in my yarn supply thanks to stray ends mixing with other stray ends 😩 So I decided to create a simple, yet cute and functional device that would prevent my yarn from unraveling and thus getting tangled.YARN PUFFY is the solution I came up with! :D This smiley marshmallow loves to chew on yarn (attaching to the skein) and will secure the end in his spit curl!Not only does YARN PUFFY secure your yarn but you can also WRITE on YARN PUFFY with pencil to note things (brand, color, weight, project, anything!) and you can ERASE* these notes later with a soft eraser to reuse with other yarn! :)* works best with soft erasers (i.e. not the rough kinds at the end of #2 pencils)

Replacement warranty
I want you to feel confident about your purchase, so I am offering free replacements for any BROKEN Yarn Puffys 1 year from your purchase!Just send me a message (contact button below) and let me know how it broke and your order number or name/date of the order. I'll reply to your email to ask for a pic so that I can analyze how I can improve the design/figure out what went wrong. And then I'll mail you a free replacement!
Important notes:
Valid only for BROKEN Yarn Puffys only
NOT valid on LOST Yarn Puffys
Must send photo of broken piece to receive replacement
YARN PUFFY reserves the right to decline replacement request if suspicious activity is noticed (i.e. you ask for your entire order to be replaced) Hopefully people won't abuse this but putting in that disclaimer just in case. 😅
